AYC Media is currently seeking a full-time Digital Project Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, a self-starter and possess experience managing agency digital projects successfully. The candidate must have strong communication and presentation skills to work within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


• Proactively manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Fully understand the client objectives and project goals and articulate them clearly
• Create functional specs documentation and project plans
• Execute on content collection and other website assets while ensuring website population in our Content Management System
• Be accountable for projects being completed on time, within budget and without errors
• Lead strategy meetings with creative teams, spearheading project decisions and direction
• Lead Quality Control testing sessions prior to product launches
• Maintain existing client expectations, coordinating new services and solutions proactively

• Minimum of 5 years experience managing projects in the digital space
• Strongly motivated to succeed in a dynamic team driven environment
• Highly organized with excellent time management capabilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while coordinating client solutions
• Proven track record with client management expertise
• Participate in development of industry best practices and continuous improvement
• Strategic and conceptual thinker
• Possess extraordinary presentation and negotiating skills

• Experience with Trello, Jira and Zendesk
• Marketing products at trade shows and industry events
