Tell us a little bit about yourself and what you do for AYC Media.
My name is Michelle, I’m a Temple University Graduate from Philadelphia and I started with the company a little over a month ago as the new email marketing specialist.

What does a typical day in the office look like for you?
My priority task is creating email newsletter campaigns for our clients and scheduling them to send out.

What were you doing before you joined the team and how did you and AYC Media "find each other"?
Before I joined the AYC team, I was the Operations and Hiring Manager at Urban Outfitters in Philadelphia. AYC and I found each other through a mutual friend.

Outside of work, what do you do for fun?
I like to be outdoors a lot, so I enjoy hiking or just wandering around with my dog, Chase. I’m also learning how to ride a motorcycle right now which I’m finding to be really fun!

Do you have any go-to music when you're working?
I don’t have music particularly for working, but my go to music currently is Tycho, Ravi Shankar, and a lot of 70’s rock.

Tell us something unique about yourself, a fun fact that we don't know.
I think I may actually be a dog whisperer.

Tell us a little bit about yourself and what you do for AYC Media.
 
I'm from the good ol' Lehigh Valley, born and raised, to a small family with no siblings who still has Sunday dinner with grandma. My official title is Support Specialist, so essentially I float around where I'm needed helping out in both design, front end development, and project management.
 
What does a typical day in the office look like for you?
 
It typically starts with updates from Mike, Terry, and/or Molly about what needs to be addressed depending on priority for the day. Go through the queue, help out where needed. My job's flexible in what I can help out with and there's always something that needs to be done. Lunch is put in there somewhere.
 
What were you doing before you joined the team and how did you and AYC Media "find each other"?
 
Before I found AYC I was finishing college and working part time at Best Buy - not the most exciting thing in the world. I actually found AYC Media through some google searches after I graduated and recognized Terry Hahn as my one professor when I was in school. Small world, right?
 
Outside of work, what do you do for fun?
 
Binge watch shows on Netflix and Hulu with friends, intense games of mini-golf in the summer, various road trips along the East Coast, and night walks if the weather permits.
 
Do you have any go-to music when you're working?
 
Right now my go-to for focusing would be Spoon, Frank Ocean, and Years & Years.
 
Tell us something unique about yourself, a fun fact that we don't know.
 
I have a form of Synesthesia called Misophonia, which basically means I have a hatred of everyday ambient sounds. Guess it's a good thing I can wear headphones, right?
